How TO UseYour Android Phone As VPN Client?

Modern smartphone is not only a phone, its really just a small computer. You can do computer works with your smartphone. It is difficult to carry computers always and anywhere with us so your smartphone will work as your small computer.

You can transfer or acess documents that are stored on your computer at home or workplace even you are at road. You can connect smartphone to your home LAN or company network over a VPN(virtual private network).
To manage your android phone under the VPN connection, need VPN server configuration on the network to which want to connect.
There are various types of VPN protocols such as PPTP, L2TP, SSL and so on.Android phones comes with built in VPN client.
You will see the VPN managing option under The Setting option>Wireless setting>VPNs setting
Add VPNs option will direct you to  VPNs types choose any of Network which is used by your server.
PPTP- The PPTP VPN is the Point to Point Protocol that is supported by Microsoft dial-up and is very common.
L2TP-The L2TP VPN is the Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol that needssecreats words(passwords).
L2TP/IPSec PSK VPN-  It works in the IP based network. It is said to be more secured.
    Open the menu and choose Settings
    Select Wireless and Network or Wireless Controls, depending on your version of Android
    Select VPN Settings
    Select Add VPN
    Select Add L2TP/IPsec PSK VPN
    Select VPN Name and type in a descriptive name
    Select Set VPN Server and enter a descriptive name
    Select Set IPSec pre-shared key
    Uncheck Enable L2TP secret
    Open the menu and choose Save
